Parts Washers by Roto-Jet of America Company, Inc.

ABOUT US
We manufacture many styles of parts washers including batch, front-load, top-load, side-load, conveyorized and custom-built units made of both carbon and stainless-steel materials with many options for heating, overseas power requirements, blow-off, rinse, vapor extraction, filtering, sludge drag-out, double-deck turntables, hydraulic doors, etc.  Products cleaned vary from eyeglass frames to submarine engines; from removing oil and grease to paint, rust, etc.

Our sales staff has over 40 years of expertise in answering application questions the customer usually doesn't even know to ask.  Our recommendations are based on what your application requires, not on meeting some sales goal or selling left-over stock on the floor.

The RJ-2B through RJ-4B series of parts washers are the only parts washers in the market to offer a true Dry-Floor and drop-down Work Platform for the operator.  The greatest and most distinctive feature of the Roto-Jet Line of parts washers is the legendary cleaning performance of the proprietary Roto-Jet "Impactt Jet" manifold with it's full wrap-around 360 degrees of spray coverage affording over twice the cleaning effectiveness of other parts washer manifolds.

HISTORY
Roto-Jet Of America Company officially started business in August 1969 with the importation of a European produced "batch" parts washer designed for cleaning engines.

The first American produced unit, an RJ-2, was built in 1973 in Camarillo, Calif.  The company was located in Burbank, California from 1978 to 1997 and relocated to Santa Clarita, California in March of 1997.

Our early customers were primarily automotive rebuilders including over half of the Aamco Transmission shops in the United States and plus various schools, municipalities and garages.

With the focus of industrial parts cleaning moving away from the use of hazardous solvents, we began making units for companies like General Electric, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Lockheed, Ingersoll-Rand Corporation, to name a few.

The military discovered how FAST and THOROUGH our washers were and all of a sudden, we were shipping units overseas for cleaning unitized tank engines.

LOOKING AHEAD
The future will find us heavily involved in custom-designed equipment to replace multiple cleaning stations.

What was before a single-step cleaning process has evolved into a multi-stage procedure of Wash, Rinse and Dry combined with environmentally-friendly and economical waste management.
