              One-Minute Cleaning Power Demo

This 1-minute excerpt from our original Corporate Video demonstrates the "scouring" effect achieved with our proprietary "Impactt-2" wash jets.  The part being cleaned is a 75-lb helicopter "swash plate" and you can see how it's being rocked back and forth in the turntable from the power of only a 10 HP pump operating at 60 PSI.

Of note is the distance between the part and spray manifold;  cleaning power delivered thru the "Impactt-2" nozzle is effective completely across the space inside the wash chamber.  When striking a surface, the jets "splash" with a diameter of approximately 1.5".  The jets are staggered at 1.5" intervals, thus overlapping strike zones.

This feature, combined with the 3600 spray manifold (not the normal 180 degrees found in all other washers) means each part is being hit by the spray jets twice as much as normal, plus distance from the spray manifold does not diminish the effectiveness of the spray.

A 10 HP Roto-Jet Parts Washer outfitted with this spray manifold is equivalent to double the horsepower on a competing model.

           Traveling Spray Manifold Video

This 1-1/2 minute video shows our "Travelling Spray Manifold" Parts Washer, a unit designed for parts travelling through the shop or factory on an overhead trolley system.  The part is moved into the washer, the end doors are closed, and the cleaning cycle initiated.  The parts remain stationary while the spray manifold does the traveling...

              Spray-Immersion Video

This 7-minute video shows our "Spray-Immersion" Parts Washer.  Parts are loaded into the front "bins", locked into place, and the cleaning cycle starts with a "false" bottom rising up to capture the wash water from the spray manifold.  As the parts rotate, this "false bottom" becomes an immersion basin, thoroughly soaking the parts as they travel through the basin zone, then they're blasted by the spray manifold.  The process repeats with a rinse stage, followed by a hot air drying stage.  This unit is favored for washing small parts that can be tumbled, or special racking can be made to "capture" small parts so they can be cleaned damage-free.

                 "Powered-Bed" Conveyor Video

This 5-minute video demonstates the self-indexing of 1,100 lb test weights through a "pit"-installed, agitation/immersion, powered-roller bed parts washer made for cleaning pump parts.

This 40-second demonstrates how solidly the RJ-4B handles a 1300 test weight being loaded onto the door.

                 "Small Agitation-Lift Washer" Video

This 70-second video demonstrates an agitation-lift style parts washer, typically used for very thorough cleaning of oil passages in engines, etc.

                 "Legacy" Corporate Video

This 9-minute "legacy" video shows the earlier second-generation Roto-Jet Parts Washers in action.  All the units seen here have since been modernized for the 21st century.
